Nissan Chemical America Corporation is proud to be participating in the First Day, June 1, 2023, of the European Patent with Unitary Effect (“Unitary Patent”). Our company has built a multinational patent portfolio to protect our state-of-the-art nanoparticle products in the global marketplace. Europe is a market where groundbreaking technological breakthroughs are happening regularly, and we have ongoing development work in progress with many European-based companies. Nissan’s early adoption of Unitary Patent Protection is expected to further stimulate research, development, and investment in innovation—helping to boost growth in the EU.
